Cylinder Head Gaskets

Cylinder head gaskets are an important part of any engine and need to provide a perfect seal between the cylinder head and cylinder block. Our cylinder head gaskets are manufactured using the highest quality, non-asbestos, composite materials manufactured here in the UK. We specialise in small batch production, ideal for car clubs or specialist suppliers who don't want to invest in large volumes. Our gaskets are made using precision stamping tools and finished by hand ensuring consistency and quality. These are available in different thicknesses depending on the application.

A physical sample gasket is required from our customers so we can take accurate measurements to produce the necessary tooling for your job.

Why Composite?

We have had great success using a composite material for cylinder head gasket applications, often using them in place of the copper/asbestos or sheet steel gaskets of yesteryear. Having a softer surface ensures a more consistent seal across the length of the gasket and the steel liner running throughout provides strength to the gasket. Our gaskets have been used successfully on vehicles dating back to the 1920s through to the 1970s, all using a wide variety of compression ratios, torque settings and engine design, (overhead valve, side valve, etc). This material is used today on modern engines for the same application.
